The Last Litter Arrived June 16, 2022
"Baby" Bella Donna and Astor were blessed with a litter of 13 fabulous puppies!
*Silver poodles are born black; they will clear to a platinum (light) silver up to 12 to 18 months. At 8 weeks the silver puppy will have a distinctly silver muzzle.
** Blue poodles are also born black; this poodle color is fairly uncommon. The Blue poodle is one of the most beautiful colors when their coat clears to a dark greyish-blue or gunmetal grey usually the first 24-36 months of age. The blue coat has a 3 dimensional look, when the poodle is clipped in a nice poodle do. The skin is a dark blue, close to the skin, the poodle coat is dark silver as the hair gets longer, the coat becomes darker. So a nice poodle cut like a modified "Dutch Cut" the poodle can appear to be 3-4 shades. The blue poodle as a puppy appears to have brown tint to its black coat, which makes it easier to distinguish from a Black poodle.

My puppies are born and raised in my home with all my love and attention. The puppies begin potty pad training at two weeks, even though their eyes are not yet open, they can locate the pad by scent and they do work on getting to it. I enlist neighbors, family and friends to assist in holding, cuddling, grooming, training, singing to and playing with the puppies. I rotate/change out toys and provide puzzles to stimulate their curiosity, develop skills and entertain. I encourage exploration and play to build confidence and independence.
